We all want something to believe in. We want to believe in magic, in beauty, in a peaceful existence. Life can be really hard but also really beautiful. However, when the dream of finding our true love dies because our spouse or partner dies, how do we believe in that beauty again? How do we allow ourselves to have faith that love is possible a second time around?
The thing about love is, it’s infinite. You don’t run out of love. You don’t stop loving your late spouse just because a “new and different love” introduces itself. Your heart grows around what was to make room for what is.
Annie and Matt teach us just that. In this episode, we sit down with the two to talk about finding love again after loss, and what it truly looks like to live life in the transitions.
Annie and Matt both have children and lost their late spouses early in life. Yet the universe found a way to bring these two together to create a second chapter in life.
